Yoga for BIPOC in Berlin
In this 3 hour workshop guided by Anya Natasha we focus on opening up the energy and physical space through movement and breathing.
You can expect a creative and intelligently designed yoga-based movement sequence, a 20 min meditation practice and a journaling exercise. All designed to elevate our individual, and collective growth and healing journey as BIPOC.
