OPEN CALL for our 2020 Poetry_Lab (Registration is still open)

Each One Teach One (EOTO) e.V. and Poetry_Lab are delighted to announce our 2020 creative writing workshops, starting online on July 5, 2020 between 11-14:00 h

Poetry Lab is an extensive creative writing mentorship program for
BPoC poets/performance writers in Berlin. An integral part of the program is the Poetry Show-Case Event, where participants get the chance to perform, experiment and apply the knowledge gathered from the workshops.
Poetry Lab is an empowerment program explicitly for people of
African origin. We want to give Black people the opportunity to open
up in a safer space, share stories and express themselves artistically
without being exposed to potentially racist situations. Participants will be part of Poetry Lab’s creative writing, voice control and performance techniques workshops as well as all Poetry Lab 2020 showcase events.
We invite aspiring poets, emerging poets and spoken-word performers to apply by sending submissions to: event.poetrylab@gmail.com
