Introduction to an innovation method for entrepreneurs and those interested.
Design thinking is a user-centered and problem-oriented innovation method that is being used in more and more companies and organizations to develop new business ideas or to deal with customers. Both methods of qualitative research and creative idea development are used.
Are you interested in design thinking? For example, because you want to use it to (further) develop your own idea? Because it will look good on the resume for the next application? Or simply because you want to get to know and / or try something new? Then we would like to invite you to the Design Thinking Workshop at AfroPolitan Berlin.
In a 4-hour interactive format you get to know the method and go through the user-centered innovation process once under the guidance of the coach. In addition, there will be a theoretical introduction as well as experience reports on the application in various business sectors.
The aim of the event is to give you an understanding of the theory as well as practical applications of the innovation method. No previous knowledge is required. We look forward to your registration and to your coming.
Short biography of the coach:
My name is Pablo Wachter and I am an agile coach and consultant with a focus on design thinking and user research in the context of digitization. Active for companies and organizations in Germany, Europe and North America. My goal is to enable people to discover and use their empathic and creative abilities in order to use them specifically for their challenges. Be it privately, professionally or to develop new business ideas. After completing my bachelor's degree in geography, with a focus on smart cities and smart homes, I learned design thinking at the D-School of the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam. Before starting my coaching and consultancy career, I founded and ran a start-up that developed, produced and sold drinking meals.
