With our “Intersectional Founders' Roundtable” we want to center diverse women’s' perspectives of four female founders across different ages and backgrounds with multisectoral career paths. With our panelists we will address the challenges of being a pioneer specifically when founding in Germany as a woman* of colour.

We will critically discuss about social entrepreneurship, the international development sector and the intersection of activism, art and community work. Issues like the experience of tokenization, neocolonialism, the intersectional pay gap as well as the decision whether to involve marginalized communities and allies will be on our agenda of the evening.
