FLWRS
FLWRS is a night of music and food, influenced by the African continent and the African diaspora. A living and breathing exhibition of joy, giving flowers to our ancestral past as well as our modern contemporaries. A space that centers BIPOC and LGBTQI+ folks.
Shake a leg. Move your body. Lose yourself.
DJs on the night playing on a full sound system will be Edna Martinez, Ghostpoet, Mokeyanju, and Mandel, creating a sonic journey from Afrobeat to Zouk, genre-hopping through the rhythms of the diaspora.
Food will be provided by a carefully selected Berlin based Afrodiasporic chef, serving up motherland goodness aplenty — come hungry!
