Building Strategic Partnerships
Sangano Black Business Hub, and Women in Tech Africa’s Germany chapter, are hosting a panel discussion as part of International Women’s Month titled Building Strategic Partnerships. This panel discussion responds to a core challenge raised in the Sangano November 2020 report that found professionals and entrepreneurs within Germany and Europe typically struggle to identify and foster lasting partnerships for development and growth. In particular, women who are often under-represented within the entrepreneurship space face systemic challenges and hurdles in their path to forging sustained and impactful partnerships for their enterprises and initiatives.
This panel discussion will bring together three women leaders to share their key principles of partnership building, their lessons learned and advice on the nuances professionals and entrepreneurs should keep in mind. The speakers are Rukayyat Kolawole, founder and CEO of PaceUP Invest GmbH, Tebogo Niminde-Dundadengar founder of Tebalou, and Chiedza Muguti the Head of Product at Penta. The event will be moderated by Oladunni Staehler, the chapter lead in Germany for Women in Tech Africa.
