We sometimes don’t even notice the harsh, self-critical stance we have in regards to our own actions and behaviours, and are far more dismissive of our successes as simply being ‘lucky’ and ‘in-the-right-place-at-the-right-time’. The alternative (and frankly, the more enjoyable option) is self-kindness.

Felicia Lazaridou, will talk with you about how to celebrate the small achievements and how to recognise your role in the bigger achievements. A kinder outlook allows you to lead a more positive life and is supportive to wellbeing. This workshop is open to all genders.
