Die Afro-Fusion Tanzworkshops bieten eine Einführung in den urbanen Afro Dances und werden verschiedene Tanzstile vorstellen. Tanzpädagogin Luana wird euch einfühlsam die verschiedenen Basics, Flows, Techniken und Combos der urbanen Afro Dances beibringen, und das mit viel Spaß und Freude. Jeder der Workhops beginnt mit einem Warm-Up, darauf folgen Flow- & Step-Techniken. Am Ende werden alle erlernten Elemente zu einer kurzen Choreografie verbunden.
Die Kurse sind für Anfänger geeignet. Die Teilnahme an einzelnen Terminen ist möglich.
Luana Madikera ist eine autodidaktische urbane Tänzerin, die sich auf urbane Afro Dance Styles spezialisiert hat (Azonto, Naija Street styles, Afro House, Coupé Décalé, Ndombolo, Amapiano). Seit 2018 ist sie als Tanzlehrerin und Tänzerin tätig. Sie unterrichtet wöchentlich in der One Vibe Tanzschule Afrofusion und Afro House und hat zudem Workshops beispielsweise in Leipzig mit Watch Mi Step gegeben. Darüber hinaus ist sie als Rapperin und Tänzerin ein Teil von La By’Le einer Tropical Bass Band, mit welcher sie regelmäßig auftritt. Tanz hat sie überwiegend durch Begegnungen, Workshops und eine Reise in Ghana gelernt. Durch Afro Dances hat Luana, die karibisch-französisch ist, sich erneut mit ihren afrikanischen Wurzeln verknüpft. Ihr Ziel mit den Workshops ist, Kultur und Freude durch Tanz zu verbreiten und afrodiasporische Menschen dadurch zu empowern. @luanamadikera @labylemusic

The Afro-Fusion dance workshops offer an introduction to urban Afro Dances and will introduce a variety of dance style. Dance teacher Luana will sensitively teach you the different basics, flows, techniques and combos of urban Afro dances, with a lot of fun and joy. Each workshop starts with a warm-up, followed by flow & step techniques. At the end, all the elements learned are combined into a short choreography.
The classes are suitable for beginners. Participation in individual dates is possible.
Luana Madikera is a self-taught urban dancer who specialises in urban Afro dance styles (Azonto, Naija Street styles, Afro House, Coupé Décalé, Ndombolo, Amapiano). She has been a dance teacher and dancer since 2018. She teaches Afro-Fusion and Afro House weekly at One Vibe dance school and has also given workshops for example in Leipzig with Watch Mi Step. Furthermore, as a rapper and dancer, she is part of La By’Le, a tropical bass band with which she regularly performs. She learned dance mainly through encounters, workshops and a trip to Ghana. Through Afro Dances, Luana, who is Caribbean-French, has reconnected with her African roots.
