Let's talk, the last round in 2020. The cold season is ahead and with it holidays, holidays and the end of the year. A time that for many is already associated with stress presents us with special challenges this year. How do we spend the last day off of the year? How can we create community and contemplation, despite Corona? We want to talk about strategies for avoiding stress so that we can look forward to the end of the year in a relaxed manner. As always, I'm looking forward to exchanging ideas with you!
