Nourish your soul yoga retreat for BIPOC 2022 - "Reclaiming joy"
In this retreat we create a healing space for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC), where we invite you to move, restore, rest and connect.
During four days we will engage in Yoga asanas (postures) practice, meditation, breathe work, and Mantra chanting. Next to that you will have plenty of space to rest, have walks in the beautiful surrounding nature and nourish your body with delicious and healthy biological regional food.
**** What to expect ****
~ Two yoga classes per day and a varying afternoon program (such as meditation, Mantra chanting, breathe work)
~ Recharge and calm your nervous system through Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sound & Walking Meditation
~ Calm your mind and cleanse your body through Vinyasa Yoga
~ Contemplation through journaling and (group)dialogue
~ Three nourishing meals per day (biological, vegetarian, regional and super delicious)
~ Accommodation in a double or three-bed room
