★ African Beats & Pieces ★ is an event series in Berlin dedicated since 2017 to the music made in Africa and throughout its global diaspora.
With a focus on contemporary and lesser-known artists, we strive to showcase the diversity of sounds and songs the continent has to offer, doing so through theme-specific parties involving passionate DJs & diggers.

The "African Beats & Pieces" event series is finally back on track, and we want to celebrate our return by sharing our favourite african & afro-diasporic club music tracks since the world abruptly shut down.
A lot of amazing music has come out since mid-March 2020 and our lockdowned steps may have skipped a beat or two... It is time for all of us to catch up & get a sweaty „dancefloor update“ with all the new exciting bangers we couldn‘t dance to when indoor clubs were closed in Berlin.
